The property comes with a gourmet kitchen, Wolf gas range and Subzero refrigerator, wine cooler, custom cabinetry and hand scraped reclaimed hardwood floors. This 3,425 Sq. Ft. condo is all on one level and includes daily cleaning. The living room features a wood burning fireplace and is open to the kitchen and dining area. Floor Plan: This unit is a lock-off with two 2 bedroom condos. One of the 2 bedroom condos is very large (around 2,400 Sq. Ft.) with a full kitchen, a large living space that seats 10 -12 guests and two king beds in each of the bedrooms. The second two bedroom condo is smaller and the living space accommodates 6-8 guests and has a kitchenette, living area with a queen sofa sleeper and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the second bedroom is “dorm style” with a queen bed, a 1 bunk bed and a twin trundle pullout bed.
